Attendees of the 2011 MAPSym can mail a CD of images for the return of the $25.00 deposit paid at the time of registration.

Your CD should include:

• A minimum of 25 images taken during Symposium.  Though 25 is the minimum for return of the CD deposit, more images are always preferred.
• Images of Models are the priority to help provide them with top images for their portfolios, but any images representing MAPSym events are welcome.
• Images must be free of watermarks or other identifying text or marks, and without borders.  Though color corrections and touchup is both allowed and preferred to provide the best possible images for our volunteer models.
• Presorting your models into separate folders is a major time saver and your MAPSym volunteers in charge of this process. They appreciate your help in presorting as many of the images as possible.

Accompanying the CD should be a mailing address for return of deposits. Symposium attendees not submitting a CD by the June 1st, 2011 deadline forfeit the deposit.
